Why the home vacuum cleaner is not enough?
The main problem after construction activities is fine construction dust (micron particles of putty, plasterboard and cement). Standard household appliances do not have the necessary filtration and often return this dust back into the air through the exhaust stream. The professional service relies on industrial aspiration systems and multi-stage filtration, which capture even the smallest particles from joints, radiators and hidden niches, preventing the "white marks" that appear days after ordinary cleaning.
How long does the service take?
Depending on the size of the home and the level of dirt, cleaning can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day. It should not take more than 9 hours;
What's the expected end result?

With every shower taken, the bathroom is filled with moisture which seeps into the ceramic and tiles and creates a suitable environment for mold and bacteria to develop.
